THE REASON FOR CHROMATIC ABERRATION OF SYNTHETIC TURF

Sometimes we will see more than one color in the same piece of synthetic turf of which the color should be the same. Based on our several years experience of synthetic turf production and installation, we have the following conclusions of reasons for the synthetic turf chromatic aberration,

1) The fibers of synthetic turf are very bad in quality, uneven thickness as well as unstable colors can cause color difference.
2) Bad design of foundation, the infillings are not paved evenly, both of which can easily cause chromatic aberration in visual effect.
3) The pavement of foundation base is not even, there are apprent sharp trace in joint place.
4) The quality of infillings is inferior, and pollute the surface of artificial grass turf field.
